This is one of the most well-written, penetrating and thought-provoking things I have read in a long, long time. The author has revealed a paradigm that I was trying to intuitively describe but couldn’t quite explain. Thank you.

Item on Dutch national tv news this weekend: teenagers and twenty somethings becoming religious / Christian - again. Where previously perhaps 50 interested showed up for an introduction weekend now it was 10 x. But these are not the woke, nor urban academics. They were clearly from the provinces, all white, and probably still able to relate to / remember a Christian village or small town world. Which also was very Dutch. While our big cities have become like all other large western cities.
